Day -7 | Paizlee Davenport Stem Cell Transplant
Paizlee did good with the cyclophosphamide today. Her urine output was good & levels stayed great - what went in, came out.. exactly what we want.
Creatinine was elevated more today. We’re hoping it comes down as lasix & albumin are in rotation now, pray for tonight she has rATG again (fevers, rash, feeling yucky from cells breaking apart).
We should hear from labs we sent to Netherlands tomorrow to check fludarabine levels. We will be able to adjust chemo dosage as needed with those results.
Kyle starts his GCSF shots tomorrow. This is to stimulate the bone marrow to produce stem cells and release them into the blood to get ready to collect. He has shots five days in a row.
Paizlees counts will start to drop in the next couple of days. When her ANC drops under 500 she’s considered neutropenic. Then by transplant day she will be “0”. It’s crazy how all of this works, but I’m so thankful for it.
Stay strong kidneys 💪🏼
P.s- isn’t she beautiful? 😍
